Ruby on Rails with below skill combination:

• Ruby on Rails (OR Elixir if no Ruby on Rail) 
• ReactJs, Redux, React router
• JavaScript using modern tools (Babel, Webpack, npm)
• NodeJs
• Postgres
• Health Care domain experience is plus but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Bachelors in computers or equivalent.
