Job Title – Mechanical Engineer with CATIA
Location – Anderson, SC
Duration – 12+ Months Contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary Skills:
- 5 to 6 years of experience in design & development (New product development experience would be an added advantage)
- Strong expertise in CATIA (Taking design input from Engineers turning concept into a model. Modules-Top level assembly management, part modelling, drawing, surfacing)
- Time management skills and familiarity with meeting deadlines
- Prior experience in leading offshore team from onsite
- Knowledge on refrigerators, their design & development, manufacturing & production would be an added advantage
- Good understanding of the major design tools such as FMEA, tolerance loops, FBD, QFD, etc
- Good understanding of press tools, moulds and other machining and processing operations
