Job Description:
- Perform BOM/Router Assessment
- Update Forms and Work Instructions
- Equipment EQ for equipment modifications
- Validation Protocol Development and Execution
- Nitric Acid, Dry Heat and High Impingement Upgrade processes (multiple validations for each upgrade method)
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Knowledge of basic quality tools, risk analysis (PFMEA), statistics (SPC), Critical-to Quality (CTQ) Analysis
- Knowledge of Quality System requirements, ISO and FDA requirements
- Experience with Statistical Process Control and inspection techniques
- BOM & Router verification and update
- Validation documents review and update
- Ability to effectively work within a team to expedite completion of critical project tasks with other functional groups
