• Should have in depth knowledge of Oracle HRMS and Oracle project experience in Labor costing.
• Technical knowledge of PLSQL, forms, Reports, etc. with HR Integration
• Experience in HRMS Reporting (QL, PL/SQL, Report, BI etc.)
• Should have knowledge in Oracle Core HR Configuration
• Manage the integration of the HRMS application and reports with other business systems
• Should be able to lead discussions with client IT and Business teams
• Strong communication skills
