- Should have in depth knowledge of Oracle HRMS and Oracle project experience in Labor costing.
- Technical knowledge of PLSQL, forms, Reports, etc. with HR Integration
- Experience in HRMS Reporting (QL, PL/SQL, Report, BI etc.)
- Should have knowledge in Oracle Core HR Configuration
- Manage the integration of the HRMS application and reports with other business systems
- Should be able to lead discussions with client IT and Business teams
- Strong communication skills
