JOB DETAIL
12-14 years of IT experience with 8+ years of Pega PRPC experience. CLSA certified.
Conversant with Pega PRPC7.x, 8.x
experience on analyzing and supporting business requirements which meet Business KPIs in efficient way.
Ability to make use of maximum Out-Of-Box platform features for building applications and ability to suggest alternative designs and implementations for requirement to deliver maximum with low-code / configuration of Pega platform.
Experience on managing virtual team, delivery with quality output, conduct reviews and deep-stick analysis to ensure quality from developers.
Ability to estimate modules and increase developer productivity
Understanding of Pega version management, situational layer cake, case management, deployment (manual or dev-ops) and Case management APIs etc.
Ability to understand and manage integration dependencies and deliver synchronous and asynchronous integrations
Ability to troubleshoot, analyse problems and optimize application performance
Quick learner, good breadth and understanding of ecosystem technologies and ability to make technical decisions.
