Based on client feedback, he is mainly looking for experience in Python and Windows Admin instead with the experience level of around 2-3 years

Must Have Skills
1. Minimum 4 years of production support or App Dev experience
2. Experience in Java handson and Genesys IVR
3. Relevant technology experience

1. Provide technical HandsOn support
2. Work with Client team and offshore team on Project

Detailed Job Description
Project deals with Production Support for wealth management portfolio of the client including the Incident Management, Problem Management, batch monitoring, issue resolution etc in order to help the business run BAU functioning. A minimum 4 years of production support or App Dev experience with hands on experience in Java and in supporting Genesys, avaya related IVR applications. The candidate should have have excellent communication skills both verbally and written and should be able to provide technical hands-on support and work with Client and offshore teams.
