Job Description:
Provide the Consumer and Small Business solutions architecture team with proven delivery on innovations within the Enterprise Payment Technology space. Deliver Omni-channel solutions within across traditional payment networks and trending payment networks including virtual wallets and merchant services. Participates in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables, to include components of the assessment and optimization of system design and review of user requirements. Contributes to the determination of technical and operational feasibility of solutions. Develops prototypes of the system design and works with database, operations, technical support and other IT areas as appropriate throughout development and implementation processes. May lead multiple projects with competing deadlines. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor. Needs IBM Rational Software Architect.
Required Skills :
• Merchant Acquirer and Merchant Services Experience
• Effective Communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to document processes and platform architecture into sustainable documents
• Plan, develop, organize, build and test service and API integration services
• Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
• Strong use of visuals skills, ability to convene points with graphics and illustrations
• Strong attention to detail
- 8+ years financial services industry experience
-2+ years Digital & Physical payment implementation experience
- 3+ years Previous Bank of America Experience
- 2+ years Proven experience in delivery innovated and newer trends in payments / financial networks specific examples required.
- Knowledge of Payments data/object/service models
- Knowledge of HSMs and security models
- Knowledge of network integration with 3rd party networks including ACH, ATM, RTP, Card Networks
Desired Skills :
• 5+ years’ experience in integration services programming and architecture
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Communications, or Operations
• Proven experience working in a application programming position
• Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
• Ability to simplify complex information
• Familiarity with financial services and payments and payment processing
