SR Java Developer

Position Description
Senior Cloud-Native Java Developers that are fluent in Java 8 , Spring Boot,and AWS tools to be a technical resource for the development of clean andmaintainable code and drive to solve interesting and complex challenges todevelop best-in-class solutions.


Your future duties and responsibilities
• Provides expert level IT services and technical expertise in systems,technical infrastructure, tools, modeling, external interfaces, and othertechnical areas.

• Completes complex development, design, implementation, architecture designspecification, and maintenance activities.

• Approves technical solutions proposed by team members. Elevates complextechnical issues to IT experts, including architects.

• Recommends development options, including design, build and test. Approvesthe team's technical deliverables. Conducts testing, including functionality,technical limitations, and security.

• Resolves technical problems discovered by testers and internal clients.Responds to and resolves technical issues in a timely manner. Researches issuesand performs root cause analysis.



• Excellent Communication Skills

• Commendable experience on the below technology stack

o JAVA - JDK 8, Spring Frame work 4.x, Spring Boot, Spring Batch

o Web technologies - HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript

o REST Services using JERSEY – JAX RS implementation and/or other JAX-RSframeworks

o AWS – EC2, lambda, S3, SQS and other AWS services

o Web Frameworks - Angular, Node.Js , Spring MVC

o Databases – Oracle, MySQL, mongo, DynamoDB

o Unit Testing Frameworks: JUnit, Cucumber, Easy Mock and Mockito, Jasmine,Protractor, Selenium

• Excellent hands-on NodeJS developer with more than 4 years of experience.

• Experience w/ Agile Methodologies

• Demonstrate strong desire to develop new technical and professional skills ona continual basis
