  • Work remotely till April 1, 2021, then work onsite in Scottsdale
  • Must have both development and admin experience
  • Experience around 5 years, not too senior

Responsibilities:
Administrate, stabilize, and enhance our Risk, Claims, and Safety product features running on the Salesforce platform

Establish and maintain change history and source code control

Collaborate with Riskonnect on support issues

Work with Solution Architects and Business Systems Analysts to create solutions that support business requirements

Build scalable solutions and code that can be reused across Salesforce platforms used at Client

Identify areas of improvement for Salesforce design, implementation, process, tooling, automated testing, etc.

Build new and support existing data integrations with Riskonnect/Salesforce

Provide off hours on-call escalation on a rotational basis in support of service recovery events

Working with Team Leaders to design and implement process improvement in our Production services and Operations


Job Requirements:
5 years of experience with Salesforce implementations and support.
Demonstrated technical knowledge of Visualforce, JavaScript, Apex, Triggers, and Salesforce APIs
Knowledge of the Salesforce Data Model for declarative development versus Apex infrastructure
Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification

Experience in troubleshooting/debugging application issues
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills while under pressure to deliver
Accountability to work independently.
