POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior salesforce Developer plays a key role in solutioning requirements for our key business stakeholders. Reporting to the Director, CRM Platform, the senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, estimating and delivering elegant CRM technical solutions that abide to Salesforce best practices.

The prospective candidate will have the ability to learn any salesforce apps that are part of the CRM portfolio. The Senior Salesforce Developer will possess good communication skills and should be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior Force.com experience working on Salesforce projects.

Skills:

• Extensive coding experience with Aura Framework, Lightning Web Component(LWC), Visualforce, Apex, REST/SOAP-based web, Javascript and HTML.
• Solid experience working with relational databases, SOQL, SAQL, Heroku or other common RDBMS. Ability to drive data migrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Previous experience with analytics/reporting tools including Einstein Analytics/Tableau and Salesforce Reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and troubleshooting related issues.
• Salesforce.com Certified Developer I & II required.

Other:

• Einsteins Analytics certification is desirable.
• Other Salesforce or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Candidates are able to work at any of our primary USA office locations or remotely.
