Looking for a solid Salesforce Developer who will help build apps to improve productivity of business processes for sales, support and service operations. This person will partner with different engineering teams, salesforce admins, and business analysts. This person MUST have a very strong understanding of FSL (Field Service Lightning) which is Salesforce’s field service solution.
Required:
- Use Salesforce APIs to integrate Salesforce into other tools & 3rd party apps.
- Use Salesforce core programming languages to write solutions - Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, RestAPIs.
- Solid abilities with FSL (Field Service Lightning) & Service Cloud.
- Solid experience setting up FSL data models – Work Orders, Service Resources, Service Appointments, Territories, Skills, etc, AND setup configuration (routing, scheduling, policies, etc) to implement business processes.
- Streaming API experience.
- Strong understanding of workflow, process builder & flows.
- CI/CD & deployment techniques in Salesforce
- Expert abilities of CRM Sales & Customer Service functionality & integrations to external systems.
- Experience with Security Model within Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of Saas data models, design considerations & connected web services.
- Salesforce Data Migrations.
- Key areas in enterprise architecture – integrations technologies, single sign on, etc.
