Mandatory Technical Skills:
Program Management / Agile Methodology / Excellent Analytical Skills

Mandatory Functional Skills:
• Apply subject matter and consultative expertise to deliver high-value transformative solutions to our client’s most pressing and complex problems
• Work in a trusted advisor capacity for the client, providing thought leadership beyond expectations and developing a roadmap for long-term strategy
• Lead or participate in stakeholder meetings, provide valuable perspective, and leverage prior experiences and best practices
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams and project managers from other modules when needed to ensure successful and timely delivery
• Must be able to take end-end ownership of deliveries ranging from requirement gathering, breaking them into technical bits, prioritizing them, transfer the requirements onto the developers, architecting the solution, following up on solution delivery, conduct technical and business reviews and facilitating deployments
• Ability to develop a strong working relationship with the client and confirm his/her expectations, including in-scope deliverables, format, status reporting content and cadence, feedback, and transition plans
• Familiarity with and ability to leverage appropriate Agile practices and effectively use them for the successful delivery of deliverables
• Proven ability to conduct business or technical landscape assessments
• Determine and engage relevant stakeholders, available resources, assess gaps and challenges, and identify project risks and obstacles as well as viable solutions.
• Develop execution, risk mitigation, and transition plans, to create a repeatable framework for quality project execution
• Must be able to focus on the full lifecycle change management factors across all stakeholders and business functions, always thinking several steps ahead
• Exceptional ability to implement project management structures (e.g., project plans, weekly status reports and meetings, prioritized issues resolution log, risk log including mitigation measures, transition plans, etc.)
• Ability to develop and present prioritized findings and recommendations
• Desire and ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
