Job Description skillset

Primary Mainframe Cobol JCL DB2 CICS1 Resource should have Good Analytical skills

2 Good Communication skill and should be able to interact with Business  Customer

3 Should be able to work in Night shifts

4 Good Knowledge in Mainframe Technologies and SDLC Model

5 Should be able to interact with L2L3 Team for Issue fixes Coordination

6 He  She is expected to perform business coordination part of L2 and provide technical resolution support part of L3 support

7 He /She has to coordinate with other Client technical teams if there are any Patching maintenance activities

8 He  She has to work on the ticketing  Issues reported as Incidents and problem tracking and management  regular service requests from business which may have specific requests and also run the business activities he  She has to coordinate on the change  release activities if any

9 He  She is expected to coordinate with Product vendor 3rd party vendor  closely work with Solution Delivery client development team on new implementations if any

10 He  she will be coordinating and also performing the recurring business processes activities round the year if any

11 He  She shall be contributing and performing to create  manage the knowledge management for the applications in scope for repeated activities

12He  she shall keep looking at opportunity in leftshifting tickets with standard operating procedure drive the opportunities identified part of continuous service improvements for the in scope applications
