Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Experience: 7 Years  

Required Skills:

- Expertise in Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Cloud).

- Experience working with the Carbon Design System and Pattern and Asset Library

- experience in solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mock-ups and prototypes (low- and high- fidelity), as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UI.

- Experience with IBM Enterprise Design Thinking methodologies

- Experience with design and agile workflows in GitHub for managing the design project

Desired Skills :

- Experience in solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mockups and prototypes (low- and high- fidelity)

- Experience in the craft of Design and Design Thinking and ability to work with complex design language and component systems.

- Experience with complex enterprise application UX modernization projects

- Experience with designing for AI and IoT experiences

- Experience with designing complex data visualizations
