Description:

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.

Design and development of data pipelines, ETL/ETL tools or custom scripts/pipelines related to analytics and business intelligence.

Technology skills:

Pipeline tools:           

• Scala - required
• Python and/or JavaScript custom development - required
• AWS data pipeline tools - desired
• ETL/ETL tools – familiarity/previous experience desired

Data stores and Operating Systems:

• Expert level knowledge of SQL and SQL Style Guide– required
• Experience with relational and/or columnar databases, Big Data stores – required
• Understanding of data store design (data lakes; relational, columnar, NoSQL databases; analytic cubes) – desired

Other - desired

• Experience with AWS or other cloud technologies
