Role: QA Tester
Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Description

The QA Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, running, maintaining and documenting all types of test automation. This includes functional automation, performance testing, technical test automation and system administration duties for the teams test tools. This person will participate in the development of test automation strategies within the Quality Assurance Team. Works closely with QA Software Testers, IT software development and project teams to develop test automation strategies and create test automation that supports the delivery of high quality software.
·        Proficient in one of the programming languages such as Java or Scala
·        Experience automating/developing functional & integration testing of java based framework
·        Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Selenium.
·        Excellent knowledge of QA automation architecture, methodologies, processes, and tools
·        Hands-on Experience in Automating Backend Applications (e.g. DB, REST API)
·        Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
·        Experience working with functional, performance, and automated testing tools.
·        Experience working with Product and Engineering stakeholders and creating new test strategies and plans.
·        Experience testing mobile web and App pages.
