Job Description:

Exciting opportunity for a Contract Testing Lead to join at the ground floor of an enterprise class IT project that will replace the Commercial lending platform. This creative and energetic team will drive business and technology transformation to deliver next generation Commercial lending capabilities. The Team is being mobilized to participate at the beginning of the planning phase and will contribute through requirements, design, build, test and deployment phases.

Required Skills and Experience:

10 years of combined experience working on large scale Enterprise IT projects as a Test Engineer, QA analyst and Testing Manager.

Proven understanding of testing concepts through the software development lifecycle (unit, performance, regression) and capability to lead a team to write effective test cases and test plans

Proven ability to create a comprehensive test strategy and integrated testing plan for all phases of functional testing, load and performance testing, Conversion testing and Validation testing for multiple workstreams and multiple project phases

Experience with Large Enterprise class implementations consisting of 20+ Data Migrations, complex batch interfaces and real-time API interfaces using webservices

Data Warehouse integration, interface mapping and design

Vendor and business stakeholder management in large scale Enterprise Class implementations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Execute root cause analysis of systems and data issues

Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience in Financial services industry and Commercial lending domain

Experience with AFS level III is a plus

Knowledge of General Ledger integration, balancing, reconciliation

Reporting, Statements, SOX system
