Job description-
Design Expertise-
- Expertise in Global WAN network design and implememntation on SDWAN technologies e.g Cisco Viptela, CloudGenix, Riverbed steel Connect etc.
- Experience in designing integration WAN and SDWAN solutions for big WAN transformation projects.
- Expertise in planning and designing WAN transformation and migration method.
- Design, solution, Build and development Experience on below advanced technologies
- BGP and MPLS
VPN Technologies IPsec, DMVPN etc
- Routing protocols OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS etc
- Multicast technologies
- SDWAN technologies e.g. e.g Cisco Viptela, CloudGenix, Riverbed steel Connect etc.
Expertise in preparing high quality HLD and LLD design documents
Identify cross functional dependencies
Experience in sequencing the activities, scheduling the tasks and preparing project plan.
Experience in planning and conducting vigorous WAN networks tests and generation a detailed test reports
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge and expertise in developing a global WAN solution
- Strong knowledge and expertise in developing SDWAN Solution
- Design and implementation of NNI solution in multi-service providers environment.
- Good knowledge on Public cloud connectivity Cloud exchange, Direct connect, express route to public cloud provides
- Strong knowledge and expertise in developing a datacentre solution using Microsoft Azure
- Expertise in implementing and troubleshooting WAN optimizers
- Good knowledge in security, such as firewalls, Proxy servers, SSL offloading, VPNs etc.
- Detailed knowledge in implementing essential services for DC, such as DNS/ DHCP/ NTP and IPAM.
- Good knowledge in WAN, MPLS and internet technologies.
- Good knowledge in cloud (public, private and hybrid)
Consulting Expertise
- Consulting and understanding holistic WAN requirements with presales
- Conducting project kick off meeting and engaging in detailed technical discussion
- Network strategy and consulting service
- Assessment and providing recommendation report
- Provide network design service which meets and exceed the needs of customer
- Propose and validation BoM for network Infrastructure service.
- Preparing Scope for work and project plans for Solutions
- Closely work with Project manager and customer technical authority and ensure smooth delivery of project deliverables
- Working with 3rd party hardware and telco suppliers to ensure delivery expectation met and issues escalated accordingly
- Providing technical support to multiple service and other team member
- Working as a part of project in a demanding environment where team is key to delivering and meeting client commitments
- Complete varied complex/non- standard tasks and may coordinate/ oversee works of others
- Understand customer requirement, translating them into the refined and detailed specification documents
- Provide resolution to the project and customer issue, following proper escalation procedures, in a timely fashion
- Creation project documentation and procedures
- To lead the project implementation phase and be responsible for delivery of projects on time and budget

- Deep driven in to detailed with high degree of technical knowledge to solve complex technical problem
- Over all troubleshoot skills include, compute/ virtualization, network, security and DDNI
- Troubleshooting and repairing network issue, as well as developing, applying and enforcing best practices and policies.
- Effectively communicating details complex problems to various team and members
Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in preparing solution documents and presentation
- Conducting brainstorming session to resolve complex issue with the team
- Presenting solutions to the customers effectively.
