Needs a PM for each work stream to plan and manage the technology integration of a newly acquired business (carve out from another company).
The work streams are:
- Infrastructure and End User Computing
- Commercial
- R&D
- Manufacturing & G&A.
Job Description:
Looking for PMs to add to our team as we helping to establish and operationalize an IT PMO aligned to the client’s Corporate IMO, supporting acquisition IT activities and facilitate detailed technology integration planning.
This scope includes Infrastructure (including Facilities), End-User Computing, HR, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Commercial, and R&D integration tracks. Slalom will partner with our client to assess complexity, priority and resource capacity needed to execute the work stream-level integration plans.
The project scope includes
- Build detailed project plans from the high-level technology integration plan
- Support end user enablement and collaboration Day 1
- Update the IT/System team charter for the integration, as needed
- Define Day 1, Day 100 IT checklist – Infrastructure, End User Computing, Network, Collaboration and Productivity tools
- Develop Day 1, Day 100 IT Integration plan by functional work streams
- Confirm and perform gap analysis on IT Systems and Application inventory
- Assess vendor dependencies
- Complete definition of the IT integration roadmap and priorities by functional work stream
- Coordinate and monitor all functional work stream integration plan and report progress to the IMO in accordance with project milestones
- Identify and resolve risks and issues across each functional work stream
Desired project milestones and deliverables include: Create a detailed project plan, for each project portfolio, that defines the activities and timelines for each of the four project portfolio areas.

- Experience implementing Test Data Management tool such as Informatica Test Data Management,
- Good understanding of Databases (relational and non-relational)
- Strong experience in Database/Backend Testing by writing complex SQL Queries for data validation and integrity, good at writing complex Joins
- Experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry preferred
- Extensive experience with test script design, test automation & regression testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent Analysis, Problem Solving and Time management skills
- Demonstrated advanced QA related data analysis and correlation skills
- Exposure to one or more development platforms (.Net, C#, Java, Python)
