JOB DETAIL

Role: IT Project Manager

Location: Onsite (remote)

Description:

Responsibilities:

 Independently Lead the detailed planning and management of the project from inception to project completion

  • Manage scope, budget and schedule for project success.
  • Create, maintain and share all project related documents like charter, plan, risk register, issue list, presentations etc
  • Establish and maintain the project information in PPM,
  • Establish cadence and project status communications with stakeholders
  • Manage the Change Control process for assigned projects
  • Ensure project milestones and targets are met by actively managing project on a day to day basis through appropriate resource, issue, and risk management
  • Ensure appropriate tools and techniques are available and employed by the project team to enable them to meet their assigned objectives successfully
  • Track and manage project actuals against established budgets
  • Estimate project tasks and ensure budget / appropriation requests are submitted and approved
  • Successfully deliver assigned projects to targets (on time, on budget, and in scope)
  • Lead one or more projects at any given time, depending on the needs of the business
  • Lead cross-functional team meetings and ensure capture of discussion points and action items
  • Learn the system landscape. Support to Gather, review and analyse user requirements.
  • Support to translate client requirements to system / functional requirements to facilitate requirement reviews and subsequent design; this will involve both oversight and hands-on requirement development, depending on project scope
  • Lead and participate in testing of system requirements, as needed
  • Work with business managers to propose and justify new technology-based business improvements
  • Assist or lead the development of business requirements, solution design & delivery, testing and training
  • Work in a validated environment.
  • Comply with company’s Global IT Policies & Procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 Qualifications:

 10 years’ experience managing Software Development full life cycle development we well as integration projects

  • Experience for managing external vendor product integration projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or Computer Science is preferred
  • Proven ability to support/manage the translation business requirements into systems level requirements
  • Proven ability to take ownership of complex cross organizational issues and drive them to closure
  • Proactive and Quick learner with strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Project management training or certification a plus
  • Experience with Application Development related Technologies for 4+ years (specially exposure to Database, Client server technologies, Cloud technologies, Web technologies, etc)
  • Validated Systems experience is desired
  • Knowledge of IQ OQ PQ processes is desired
  • Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance
  • Strong organizational Skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audience
  • Able to complete assignment with minimal direction
  • Must be able to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to networking problems and issues
  • Must adapt to rapidly changing technologies
  • Enhanced PC knowledge and skill sets utilizing Microsoft products
  • Familiarity of Microsoft Project a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
