Position: PostgreSQL DBA

Location: Maryland (Remote working till Covid)

Interview Type: Phone & Skype 

Visa Type: Only GC, US Citizen, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, TN-Visa, H1B

Duration: Long Term Contract (12+ Months)

SKILLS REQUIRED:

This is a government contract they just signed for a 10 year contract. It will be remote to at least June of next year and then they may need to me on-site in Maryland.

• Need Senior (8+ years) PostgreSQL DBA with AWS and DevOps experience.
• PostgreSQL DBA’s with AWS MUST

Key Required Skills:
Senior PostgreSQL DBAs capable of designing and implementing a community edition PostgreSQL platform at enterprise level.

Required Skills

• 5 years of below technologies: Expertise in implementing Ansible automation, Experience in Python, Experience in agile and DevOps methodologies implementation
• Considered a leader in the field

Desired Skills

• Ansible scripting
• Experience with cloud environment, AWS
• Liquibase Database Change management tool.
• Database Administration (DBA) skills
