Senior Full Stack Java Developer

Location: Florham Park

Duration: 1+Yr.

Remote to start

Senior Java Developer needed in Florham Park. Accredited Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

- Work on a scrum team to successfully complete sprint and quarterly goals

- Work with architects to design with solutions to complex business requirements - must be able to understand how their work contributes to the big picture

- Be a hands on programmer with the ability to work independently

- Write unit tests and functional integration tests

Requirements

10+ years of Java/JEE Programming , mostly in US

7+ years of practical experience with Spring frameworks and Spring Boot

5+ Experience with relational databases and DB programming skills (Oracle / PL/SQL)

3+ years of Web Services experience (REST / SOAP)

2+ years of practical experience in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks: AngularJS or ReactJS

2+ years of web development experience: HTML5 + CSS3)

2+ years of experience with JPA/Hibernate or Spring Repositories

2+ years in Agile software development environment

Experience with Jenkins or other CI system

Experience with automated testing

Experience with distributed version control tools (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket)

Clear communication skills with the passion to document their work so others can recreate their solutions

Preferred

- Demonstrable experience with at least one testing framework: Selenium, JUnit/TestNg, Cucumber, Mocha, etc

- Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap

- Experience with agile software management (Rally / JIRA / RTC)

- Experience with microservices and cloud-native development
