Job title: Sr. Project Manager -Digital Online Banking
Job location: Hayward, CA
Type: Contract to Hire (w2 or c2c) The position will require to be 100% onsite after COVID.

Key Skills: OLB: new account, mortgage, payment transfer, ACH, web, mobile, etc.
Our Client is looking for a Sr. Project Manager-Digital Online Banking who will be responsible for leading project teams to deliver project(s) on website enhancements or add new platforms and/or features.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’sDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math or similar
? Minimum of 7years of project management experience
? 10 or more years of professional IT experience in large scale, distributed environment with hands on experience in multiple technologies
? Proven ability to manage and deliver on complex technology projects
? Must have experience in managing Online Banking/financial industry/digital banking projects.
? Experience with Online Banking Conversion, Data Migration and/ or Testing.
? Knowledgeable with SAAS as a Banking Platform
? 4 years' experience in financial services
? Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
? Experience managing vendors and RFP process
? Project Management Professional (PMP Certification) preferred
? Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math or similar
? Minimum of 7 years of project management experience
? Required online Banking/financial industry/digital banking projects experience
? 10 or more years of professional IT experience in large scale, distributed environment with hands on experience in multiple technologies
? Proven ability to manage and deliver on complex technology projects
? 4 years' experience in financial services preferred
? Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
? Experience managing vendors and RFP process
? Experience drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary
? Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close
? Producing project progress reports on actual vs baseline
? Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limitedto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), SharePoint and MicrosoftProjects
? Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability tolead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations, whileadhering to their responsibilities and project milestone
? Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solvingenvironment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
? Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establishcredibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
? Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) andinterpersonal skills
