Sr. SAP Business/Functional Analyst. MUST have strong P2P/MM/IM experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with other teams to plan, arrange, and map data from existing systems to SAP S/4HANA
- Collaborate with SAP Implementation teams, Implementation consulting partner, and business teams to understand future requirements and design, perform gap analysis between current and future state data, design / develop efficient mapping and lead the effort to prepare data for migration
- Manage SAP data standards and limitations and assist with data
- Business Process Consulting that includes providing inputs on best practices
Solution Architecting the end to end solution in a given process area
- Good knowledge of requirement analysis, solution design, system set-up/configuration, testing in SAP Purchase modules
- Define Integration points across functional areas
- Define data requirements for the business processes
- Configuration of SAP application to do quick PoC and demonstrate to the business users
- Good knowledge of requirement analysis, solution design, system set-up/configuration, testing in SAP P2P modules
- Should have experience of implementing, rollouts, upgrade, divestitures, Mergers and migration of SAP for global organizations.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of implementation experience in S/4 HANA
- Should have experience working in Mfg. industry with EWM
- Should have detailed knowledge of all the major business processes and functionality in the Procure to Pay (P2P) stream

- Integration knowledge between Purchase and other functional areas with specific reference to Finance, Production and logistics.
- Deep understanding of complex legal and regulatory requirements, third party, Foreign Trade and legacy data migration. Hands on exposure on Data Cleansing and Conversion related activities
- Training activities – Training documents preparation, training key users or super users
SAP Skill set needed:
- P2P Business Processes Expertise and its integration with other process areas (RTR/Finance, D2D/Production, EWM and OTC/Sales)
- Materials Management (MM) - Must have
- Inventory Management (IM) - Must have
- Minimum of 2 – 3 SAP end to end implementations
- MM-SD Integration- Must have
- MM-FI Integration- Nice to have
- MM-EWM Integration- Must have
- MM-PP Integration- Nice to have
- MM-QM Integration - Nice to Have
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in P2P EWM Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
- At least 8 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- At least minimum 2~3 years of SAP project implementation experience in SAP P2P & EWM and integration with other process areas
- Experience in a multi-instance landscape for a global organization
- Experience working in S/4 HANA and Fiori environment
- Should be ready to work onsite at Portsmouth NH full time.
