Position: SRE Engineer

Location: Herndon, VA

Duration: Long term contract

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Should be able to define manage maintain SLO ie have discussions with arch and development team in AWS and essentially be able to drive the project

·         Needs to be hands on to help developers deploy to PROD and other environments

·         Once the app is in PROD will need to create runbooks alerts configuration and help setup other PRODDR processes

·         Need to create development and architecture patterns

·         Good to have experience or knowledge in Splunk Dynatrace AWS XRay APIgee Gateway FargateECS Lambda Mule soft   

Mandatory skills for the role.

·         Experience in working in production support release management.

·         Production readiness planning and review process with resiliency , Multicloud , Disaster recovery, Blue Green deployment experiences.

·         Troubleshooting experience with Java, Ansible configuration management.

·         ELK, Splunk, Dynatrace and monitoring tools experience
