Title: Java Developer with Kubernetes 8s

Location: Mountainview, CA

Duration: long term contract

Mandatory skills/Experience: Java Programming, Performance tuning/testing/monitoring and Open tracing

Job Description:

We are looking for some who has a strong Java coding skills and development experience (it will be great plus if experienced with kotlin), has experience with observability, instrumentation and performance aspects. Candidate will be working closely with CF backend engineers to help out building dashboards via open tracing. Some example projects include instrumenting existing services, end-to-end gRPC performance measurement. They will be automating devops related reports like release drift analysis (how good/bad the current release is compared to previous ones) which helps the team improve the overall release performance. They will be also contributing in Improving overall quality of the code by improving the line level test coverage. We run on top of Kubernetes, so experience with K8s based release engg pipleine/developer platform exp will be big plus
