- Client has internal DataStage development going on simultaneous to our outsourced project.
- Do not present people who are currently working for the client.
- Lots of coding. Moving data in DW
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate IT programming In a non-technical manner.
- Must have strong organizational, prioritization, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Must be detail oriented and have strong project/time management and research skills. Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and Visio.
- Must have strong knowledge of DataStage (ETL tool) with background In development of DataStage solutions.
- Strong relational database and SQL skills required, with MS SQL/Server preferred. An understanding of DB2 or Informix is a plus.
- 8-10 years overall IT experience. Prefer 10+
- 5 years on DataStage
- DB2 and SQL Server are being used. But coming up to speed on databases not hard.
- Primarily just a coding role.
- Insurance experience is a plus (not gathering requirements)
- Ability to work from home without supervision.
