Lots of coding. Moving data in DW 
Client has internal DataStage development going on simultaneous to our outsourced project. 
The work is primarily DataStage development loading data into the ODS and EDW. 

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate IT programming In a non-technical manner.

Must have strong organizational, prioritization, analytical and problem solving skills.

Must be detail oriented and have strong project/time management and research skills. Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and Visio.

Must have strong knowledge of DataStage (ETL tool) with background In development of DataStage solutions.

Strong relational database and SQL skills required, with MS SQL/Server preferred. An understanding of DB2 or Informix is a plus.

8-10 years overall IT experience. Prefer 10+

5 years on DataStage

DB2 and SQL Server are being used.  But coming up to speed on databases not hard.

Primarily just a coding role.

Insurance experience is a plus (not gathering requirements)

Ability to work from home without supervision.
