Job Description-

Responsibilities:

•             Design and develop bots in accordance with requirements and create associated technical design documents;

•             Must be platform savvy, demonstrating the ability to assist clients in determining the best RPA-fit solutions;

•             Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions;

•             Design and develop automations in accordance with the WSSC development standards and best practices including the creation of reusable components, scripts and frameworks for efficiency and scalability;

•             Advise / Provide subject matter expertise to recommend process improvements to assist clients achieve greater efficiency in their daily operations and optimize processes;

•             Work with business and technology teams to analyze as-is Business estate and assess automation feasibility and opportunities.

•             Ability to deploy built bots in production environment and provide support after deployment;

•             Partner with cross-functional technology teams to integrate solutions and requirements solution strategies;

•             Ensure quality of configured components by performing end to end testing.

Required Candidate Profile:

•             College Graduate (BA / BS) with experience in object oriented programming and Scripting languages with 8+ years previous experience in application development and implementation support OR

•             High School Graduate with experience in object oriented programming and Scripting languages with 12+ years previous experience in application development and implementation support;

•             Domain Knowledge in Finance, Billing and Revenue;

•             3 years previous RPA Development experience in UiPath;

•             A strong understanding of the UiPath platform, its functions and APIs;

•             Experience developing automation workflows within UiPath Studio;

•             Identify business process needs and determine best automation solutions;

•             Hands-on experience of Process Automation across all life-cycles;

•             Good understanding and hands on experience of preparing Technical Design documents in Automation space;

•             Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills;

•             Comfortable researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies;

•             Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;

•             A high level of motivation, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude.

Desired candidate Profile:

•             UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification;

•             Experience or knowledge of industry’s leading Robotics Automation products (Automation Anywhere BluePrism etc);

•             Experience with relational database design;

•             Experience with SQL Server and Oracle database objects;

•             Experience with Visual Studio;

•             Experience with C#, VBO, JavaScript, PowerShell Script;

•             Experience with macros and programming languages such as SQL, Python, Java, VBA and/or .Net
