- Most important: Excellent experience as a Siebel Developer, deep understanding of knowing how packages are put together & deployed.
- Must have strong experience working on Fusion integrations, working with Fusion Admin, & updating packages to support integrations. Also, need experience with JSON, XML, & REST APIs.
- Currently using Siebel, EBS, and ClickSoftware for home delivery team.
- Must have strong Verbal communication skills, have about 100 items from the business they need to review & prioritize, will be working with Dawn to do so.
- Highlight if they've worked with Orders to Cash processes &/or warehouse to delivery journeys.
- Minimum of 7+ years Siebel development – Siebel Open UI, EAI, Workflow, eScript and EIM
- Lead experience is a big Plus

- Serves as a technical expert leading the development, delivery, and support of applications with an agile mindset
- Ensure the performance, quality, scalability, security and responsiveness of applications
- Provide clear communications to stakeholders regarding outcomes, timelines and issues
- Focus on enhancing the customer experience through applying User Centric design principles
- Maintain a pulse on emerging technologies, experiment and drive innovations

- Deliver/enhance applications with high quality and customer delight
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields required. Master’s
- Degree preferred.
- Progressive software development experience in dynamic, fast paced environment
- Experience in Retail, Commerce is preferable
- Excellent knowledge of working with dynamic data using services (e.g., JSON, XML, REST APIs etc.)
- Experience with performance profiling and tuning of applications
- Experience with MVC/MVVM frameworks, and software engineering best practices
- Experience with continuous delivery, including Test- or Behavior-Driven Development, code review, static analysis and continuous integration using automation tools
- Proven background with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Creative problem solver, with strong analytical skills
- Collaborative aptitude and experience working in a fast paced, ever-evolving environment
- Technical leadership experience on medium and large-scale initiatives is desired
- Experience working with agile/scrum methodology required
