Job Description:
Splunk Admin / Production Support Analyst to be responsible for supporting on-prem platforms at an enterprise organization. Daily the contractor will be in charge of resolving tickets, maintaining environments, updating logs, assisting with Splunk upgrades, and working with the Security / Middleware team to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
3+ years of Splunk Administration experience (NOT DEVELOPMENT)
Must have Linux experience
Experience supporting on-prem Splunk instances
The ideal candidate would have on-call rotation experience
Experience working with a ticketing system (ideally ServiceNow)
Experience with Splunk upgrades
