Duration: 19+ months

Client: NYS (Department of NYSED)

Mandatory Qualification               Technical Writer: Translates technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.  Develops and/or maintains system documentation, user manuals, installation guides and computer operations and program maintenance manuals.

Senior, 60 - 84 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others.  May have an advanced education.

Qualification Number     Requested Qualifications:

1.            60 Months of Experience using Blackboard or other LMS for course content development

2.            60 Months of Experience in creation of training curriculum for adult learners

3.            60 Months of Experience using multimedia content creation tools like Camtasia, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Flash (Animate)

4.            60 Months of Experience developing assessment rubrics using KPIs

5.            Experience teaching online or developing online content
