Must Have Skills:
- Must have 10 years of project/program management working with the following:
- S/4 implementation/ conversion program management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and program management skills with strong communication skills
- Able to work closely with both onshore and offshore resources and shall have worked in Global delivery model
Detailed Job Description:
- Responsible for steering the program to ensure aims and objectives are met
- Responsible for bringing in lessons learnt, reusable artefacts like cut-over plan and recommending best practices in S/4HANA conversion program
- Serves as a champion within the client business community to communicate and enable the program objectives
- Responsible for escalated issue resolution and risk mitigation
- Manages and directs day to day program activities and resources
- Contributes in establishing Program Management office procedures and standards
- Develops and manages overall work plan including tracking deliverables, milestones and schedule manages issues, risks and scope to ensure identification, escalation and resolution in a time efficient manner
- Responsible for overall program delivery against agreed scope, schedule and budget
- Coordinates overall program resources planning and staffing, ensuring business engagement towards adoption
- Manage team members to ensure the work is performed effectively and productively, ensuring cross stream collaboration
- Provide support to Innovation lead for planning innovation roadmap and delivering agreed upon innovations
- Oversee development of all project deliverables, ensuring completeness and quality
