 Location: Reno, Nevada
 Job Description:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or any other equivalent degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of programming experience. 
Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in developing programs using Mainframe COBOL, DB2, CICIS, MVS/TSO, JCL and related technologies.
Be proficient in writing programs using  Mainframe COBOL, DB2, CICS, MVS/TSO, JCL , Batch & Online Mainframe COBOL, working with flat files in a COBOL Batch environment.
Be an expert in writing efficient SQL queries and using stored procedures in Mainframe DB2.
Have the ability to tune COBOL, DB2, CICS programs to increase performance.
Be an expert in deriving and understanding business rules
Be proficient in analyzing, debugging and testing programs.
