Position : Oracle Cloud – Change Management Expertise

Location : Remote 

 Duration : 6-12 months  

 Responsibilities :

Well qualified candidates will have the following experience:

• 5+ years of experience in change management related to enterprise transformation efforts
• Exemplary experience in creating and executing Change Management Strategies / Plans
• Prosci / ADKAR Model/ CCMP Certification is a plus
• People and process change emphasis Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience related to successful delivery of work in the disciplines related to enterprise transformation, specifically organizational change management.

Work should include areas such as:

• Culture Change Programs
• Leadership Development
• Operating Model Design
• Customer Journey Management
• Change Strategy
• Neuroscience/Behavior Change
• Change Adoption
