Job title :  Sr SAP Hybris Commerce Tech Lead
Location: RTP, NC

Duration: 6 months

·           10+ years of experience. As a Dev Lead, need to lead a team of 10-15 members, deciding the priorities and drive the team to achieve a milestone.

·           Strong communication and client handling skills.  

·           Expected to know the Hybris platform and become an expert in the Hybris API, management tools, and capabilities.

·           Lead technical discovery sessions with the client to develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical requirements and integrations interfaces for new commerce solutions.

·           Develop and document technical solution designs and specifications that satisfy the functional and technical requirements for commerce implementation projects.

·           Assess technical options for each solution component and integrations in a commerce implementation project; evaluate possible technologies and packages; make and defend technology and package recommendations.

·           Decompose technical solution specifications into work packages; document pre-requisites and dependencies for the work packages; and estimate the level of effort and resource level/skill necessary to implement each work package.

·           Lead data modeling activities necessary for commerce solutions including products, catalogs, storefronts, customers, orders and more.

·           Develop technical proofs of concept, as necessary, to validate proposed solutions designs, reduce technical risk and minimize level of effort
