Background: 
our client is seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to work with their team to redesign an outdated 10 year old website that is not scalable to mobile devices or tablets. 
They want to make the new website more user-friendly and easier to navigate for end-users. 
Currently, the website has 270 pages that needs to be streamlined to make the site user friendly and easier to navigate. 
It has grown through sprawl where pages were added instead of redesigned. 

Required Duties & Experience: 
Assist in setting up Workable WordPress back-end administration:
Organize and set-up an administrative back-end to the WordPress websites for client resources.
Organize folders and files in the WordPress Content Management System.
Organize photos in the WordPress Content Management System.
Recommend a plug-in for file or photo organization if needed to locate folders, files, and media systematically and easily.
Make recommendations for WordPress website layout:
Advise if more appropriate templates for a parent website and subsites are preferable.
Add needed pages, sidebars, and navigation, etc.
Ensure consistency and quality of graphics, logos, and photos, etc.:
Use of Adobe stock photos to complete primary title and landing pages
Ensure uniformity of pages with photos, graphics, and images.
