Detailed Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, maintenance and/or production support using open source technologies.
- At least 4 years of experience of development in Python
- Good knowledge and experience of Java, Terraform
- Hands on experience of working in Agile development mode.
- At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with business and IT leadership. Expected to do status reporting for the work to client leadership.
- Hands on experience in Global Delivery Model coordinating, planning, tracking and reporting the offshorework.
- Awareness of Quality Practices, their adherence and tools used such as Quality Control.
- Proven ability to handle crisis situations and making informed decisions.
- At least 2 years of experience in Insurance Domain.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
