Position:    SQL Database Administrator 4 (DBA4)

Job Description:

·         Work will be performed Offsite to start with Offsite and /or Onsite based on COVID-19 Pandemic circumstances.

·         Hybrid application development/database administration position.

·         7  years of experience. SQL Server.

·         Primary focus will be on SQL development with some SQL operations activity.

Preferred Experience:-----

Application Development:-

·         Agile project team member

·         Translation of business requirements to application database design

·         Create and revise logical and physical databased design documentation

·         Development of complex stored procedures for application data access

·         Analysis and execution of data migrations from legacy applications

·         Data warehouse/reporting solutions design

·         Contribution to continuous process improvement

·         Database deployment using Visual Studio SQL Server Data Tools

·         git source control

Database Administration:-

·         SQL Server installation, configuration, version upgrades, patching

·         Capacity planning

·         Performance monitoring/tuning

·         Data security – HIPAA compliance, user administration, encryption, masking, auditing

·         Records retention/archival policy

·         Business continuity/disaster recovery strategy

·         Contribution to DBA team standards and best practices
