7+ yrs exp. in ScrumMaster mandatory.

We are looking for a Scrum Master with hands on experience in Agile methodology. Excellent communication along with good understanding of Technology (Full stack) and Credit domain understanding is required. Job Description: 

7+ years experience in ScrumMaster role and software project management

• BS or MS degree (or equivalent experience)

• PMI-ACP certification or CSM certification

• Excellent English skills

• Led large scrum team as part of large program.

• Demonstrated ability to work with Remote teams.

• In Depth experience with Dev Ops CI/CD.

• Experience with Cloud hosted environments (AWS )

• Expert knowledge of and demonstrated experience in Scrum and Agile development

• Ability to interact professionally and confidently with colleagues at all levels, including senior and executive management

• Accountable for effective scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up, grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, scrum-of-scrums

• Coach and guide a team toward stable velocity, successfully meeting sprint commitments and project release dates

• Coordinate and facilitate project and sprint production releases across multiple teams

• Foster a healthy team dynamic using metrics to identify opportunities and drive action

• Identify and remove roadblocks from the team’s path to ensure productivity

• Protect the team from external interruptions by filtering all requests and pushing back on non-priority items

• Work closely with Product Owner to manage team priorities and scope each sprint, as well as coordinate and manage cross-team dependencies to keep the project on track

• Coach and provide feedback to individual team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and areas of opportunity

• Provide thorough status updates/reports on your team’s sprint and/or project accomplishments in real-time to project/program manager and other key stakeholders this is often product owner’s responsibility or shared with PO

• Present team/project status, metrics, risks or concerns to stakeholders at all levels of the organization with confidence and clarity, verbally and in writing

• Demonstrated experience leading complex, technical projects

• High proficiency in Atlassian suite (Confluence, JIRA)
