·  Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects

·  Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects

·  Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options

·  Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making

·  Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

·  Experience working with an Agile team

·  Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

·  Ability to manage complex system integration projects

·  A minimum of 10 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects

·  Demonstrated knowledge in an Agile Framework
