Good Afternoon, the manager would like to see additional senior level candidates. Here is some additional information on what the ideal candidates experience:
- A person who is really good at stakeholder management, delivery management, understanding the business needs (gathering requirements) and translating them to Salesforce solutions and who is also hands on and can actually implement solutions.
- So it is a senior BA or pseudo business architect who is also super versed in salesforce.com configuration.
- Someone who has extensive experience on big Salesforce initiatives like setting up a new instance, merging instances or creating solutions from the ground up.
Notes:
- Need a Salesforce Administrator/Configurator.
- Small team – looking for someone that can do complex advanced admin work and design properly.
- Would like this person to be a great BA who can partner with the business and translate needs into configuration.
- Someone who is very organized, can run meetings with the business and planning sessions.
- His team is all remote, and works with timezones on each side so open to any location.
- Would like the person to be certified – Sales Cloud helpful.
- Ideally financial services background or retirement/life insurance.
- Wants to interview ASAP – yesterday would have been great. Panel – 1 and done, possibly a follow-up. 1 hour – Zoom.
