Detailed Job Description:

• Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors and the future strategic direction of the application roadmap. 

• Understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize SuccessFactors HR modules to support business needs.

•          Implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of SuccessFactors applications
•  
•           Configure SuccessFactors modules

SF LMS Module experience

 • Lead development of SAP SuccessFactors solution blueprint to meet business requirements

• Successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SuccessFactors LMS Module

• This includes implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of SuccessFactors applications

• Configure SuccessFactors modules

• Assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors application solutions.
