• Must have 2 to 4 years of experience in implementing and integrating software solutions, ideally in Billing, CRM or ERP domains.
• Must have high proficiency in translating business cases into solutions, leveraging the out of the box configuration capabilities of Zuora as well as technical solution based on Zuora APIs, data exports and loads and advanced configuration.
• Provide technical consultation through trainings and lead deep dives with the Client.
• Configure Zuora to fulfil use cases based on business scenarios by the client.
• Identify areas of complexity and propose technical solutions.
• Independently own development/integration projects through all life cycle phases (Java, PHP, Ruby, .Net and Python)
• Collaborate on several projects, which could include coding and design, coordinating new releases or documenting projects
• Provide the client with the expertise on the Zuora API, integration technical best practices, data export and load, including guidance and support for data migration activities.
• Develop and test programs that are easily maintainable.
• Will review the work done by the Client or by an implementing Partner in order to provide guidance, feedback and anticipate issues
• Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills at the business and technical level, able to collaborate as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer results in a rapid paced implementation environment.
• Experience managing tasks on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Partner Communities, and Force.com platform functionality required.
