Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Seattle, WA (but 100% remote)
No H1B/CPT/OPT

Initially: 12 months
This requirement is for a Salesforce Business Analyst with experience working as a Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant/Advisor.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED
1. As a Sales/Service Cloud SFDC BSA/Consultant, the person should have driven or played an integral role in a minimum of 4-5 different Sales/Service Cloud Salesforce.com implementations, of not less than 6 months each.
2. Projects experience with specific reference to CRM Roadmap planning and Sales/Service Cloud / Community Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Force.com Implementation.
3. Knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud – should have experience working with SFDC objects, configuration and administration essentials.
4. Apex/Visualforce programming background/experience is Not mandatory but will be nice-to-have. The person in this role will majorly focus on doing Solution Design and Requirements Analysis, but will be good if the person knows Salesforce configuration/coding for proofs-of-concept, directly interacting with the client stakeholders.
6. Documentation skills – The person in this role Must be able to write-up a full-fledged BRD; Process-flow documents; Write user-stories, and any other documentation as needed for the Salesforce Implementation.
7. Ability to capture requirements from business users – requirements may pertain to implementation of SFDC Service/Sales Cloud/Marketing Cloud/Community Cloud/Chatter, or may pertain to development of pure-play Custom-applications on the Force.com platform.
8. Knowledge of Requirements Analysis and Management processes: Very strong hands-on experience and high degree of comfort in preparing Requirement artifacts like BRD, SRS (Functional requirements), Gap analysis documents/Use-cases, and Solution Design documentation.
9. Experience in interacting with Business teams and Users across different geographies, and in running end-to-end Requirements-gathering and Design-brainstorming whiteboarding sessions.
10. Good communication and analytical skills are a Must – the person should be able to grasp user requirements quickly, and also be able to present information to users effectively during design / prototype reviews / JAD sessions.
