Title: Business Analyst

What they are really looking for is the “full package”

There will be a lot of in person interfacing with multiple groups – marketing, sales, finance, engineering – and this person needs to have experience working with teams outside of engineering. The last contractor was let go because he was not good at communicating with sales and marketing teams.

They need to be experience with working with many personality types.

They want someone that has industry experience and understands how other companies connect Salesforce to Marketo or Zoura (or similar software). Someone who is able to come in and explain “this is what I have seen in the past” and then being able to communicate that to other business units

Lightning is  a MUST HAVE

Marketo and Zoura are not a must but some experience with marketing and financial software is

Want to see people with full end to end process experience

They are on a very tight timeframe – they need someone who can be “forceful” with stakeholders and push the process along quickly

They are still collecting a lot of information/they still don’t know a lot of information at the moment so candidate will be involved in that

Project Details:

The client implemented Salesforce years ago and have been heavily customizing it for years.  Since implementing SF, the SF product has significantly upgraded. They have decided to “rip out” the existing SF app and replace it with the newest version of SF (which will also need some customization).  Essentially we will be borrowing some parts of the old SF app, installing new parts and building other functionality they need for their specific business from scratch.

The Role: Senior BSAN to execute a Lead to Cash implementation on BA Salesforce CPQ within a 6-month contract
