Role: SAP QM consultant
Location: Portland, OR
Duration: 6 months
- Complete work needed to turn on SAP QM Notification module in to serve business needs within existing SAP configuration.
- Deliver a fully configured, functional, and implemented SAP QM Notification module in accordance with defined NCR and CAR business processes.
- Deliver a fully configured, functional, and implemented SAP QM Inspection plan(s) in accordance with defined sample plan.
- Solution delivered for SAP QM notification and inspection plan(s) method should be applicable across all global sites.
- Deliver data extraction setup from SAP QM module to enable further analysis within or outside of SAP environment– trend chart, summary report etc.
- Deliver documentation to AirMI SAP Tech team around configuration setup as well as training documents to serve broad workforce
- Be able to provide in-person training to broad workforce.
- Experience in a full implementation in SAP QM within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience in creating proposals/recommendation of business processes that best meet industry standards around quality is a plus.
- Experience with SAP in PP modules, DMS, Fiori, and/or Customer Complaint module is a plus.
- Shop floor experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment with business process experience with SPC, LEAN manufacturing, 8D, non-conforming material, and/or customer returns is a plus.
