Minimum 5-7+ years in the P&C insurance industry preferably in Core Transformation (Duck Creek Suite implementations) with excellent knowledge of Billing System systems in Personal/ Commercial/ Specialty lines of business.
• Experience leading a business requirement process with both technical and business partners
• At least 5+ years of experience in Duck Creek Billing module
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with Customer Business Analyst, External Partners and Mindtree Team to create the synergy, bridge the gap of requirement understanding flow from Customer Business SME to DEV and QA
• Proficient in analysis techniques required for COTS implementation – Gap analysis, Business Process Engineering etc.
• Have in-depth functional knowledge of Insurance Billing to marry technical architecture to business system requirements & ability to drive UAT
• Experience delivering in agile methodology
• Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
• Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships with Customer Business Group
• Solid conflict management and decision-making skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
• Experience with digital technologies, BPM tools and basic understanding of Duck Creek technical architecture
• Great of have knowledge of Industry Need and Latest Solution Offering in Claims through Digital Solutions.
