Location - Rosemead/CA 
Local Candidate: Preferred. 
Remote Possibility- 100% remote. If the clients request the candidate next year,  
then the work would be on premise.

Rate:$65/hr on C2C

We are looking for experienced and dedicated Scrum Master/Project Manager to join our growing team at E2. The individual in this role would be responsible for overseeing our software development team and working under the agile methodology. We are seeking a candidate who has proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.  The Scrum Master should be able to be a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile Mindset.  

Duties and Responsibilities 
Provides project management oversight and direction to project teams to ensure solution and service delivery of initiatives.  
Directs project planning (scope, schedule, and budget), project initiation, project execution, and project closure.  
Manages all stages of the systems development life cycle, including analysis, estimation, design, evaluation, demonstration, construction, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support through warranty period.  
Manages all responsibilities include dealing with the vendors, negotiating rates, defining scope and project team. 
Proactively manages project related commitments, onboarding and offboarding, deliverables, feedback including renewing the vendor contracts. 
Manages project schedule and budget including cost plans, invoices, unit estimates, and work orders. 
Maintains project financials and ongoing project status in SAP and IT’s project management tool.  
Utilizes project controls to ensure quality delivery of key project artifacts, including monitoring of quality and project performance metrics. Understanding of Qualitative and Quantitative risk management methodologies. 
Leads team efforts in relentless improvement – Helps the team improve and take responsibility for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective. Teaches problem-solving techniques and helps the team become better problem-solvers for themselves. 
Facilitates meetings – Facilitates team meetings, including (where applicable) the Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective. 
Ensures project outcomes satisfy requirements and quality targets.   
Leads forecasting, financial management, change management, risk management, and project tracking and controls for assigned projects.  
Management of tight and challenging project schedules.  

Education/Certifications 
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. 
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computing Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant technical discipline, is preferred.  
PMP Certification, PMI-ACP or SAFe Scaled Agile Framework, is preferred. 

Required Experience 
5 to 10 years of experience leading projects or key program initiatives 
2+ years demonstrated experience managing successful implementation of projects in waterfall and agile delivery. 
Experience managing project quality, including quality assurance, metrics and quality controls. 
2+ years of professional work experience managing suppliers, service contracts, project metrics, and contracts to meet project objectives.  
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering presentations to all levels of staff including management and executive leadership. 
Ability to achieve desired actions and outcomes through negotiation and influence. 
Ability to make effective decisions that meet business needs while minimizing risk and operating within company policies and all levels of regulations 
Understanding the V-Model of waterfall method.  
Experience in working in multiple projects simultaneously. 
Knowledge and understanding of Earned Value (EV), Planned Value (PV), Schedule Variance (SV), Cost Variance (CV), Schedule Performance Index (SPI). 
Knowledge and understanding of Actual Cost (AC), Cost Variance (CV), Cost performance Index (CPI), To-Complete Performance Index (TCPI).  
Proficient in managing project forecast and actuals reconciliation, managing cost for agile projects and driving accuracy of budgets for projects/program.   

Preferred Experience 
6+ years of experience working in Information Technology for utility organizations. 
3 to 5 years years of experience managing project quality, including quality assurance, metrics and quality controls. 
3 to 5 years of professional work experience managing suppliers, service contracts, project metrics, and contracts to meet project objectives.  
IT portfolio and customer relationship management experience.
