Job Title: Quality Analyst
Job Location: St. Louis, MO or Franklin Lakes, NJ (remote to start)

Job Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze functional and design specifications documents
- Identify test requirements from design document and mapping documents
- Involve in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, creating reusable test data, test case automation, and test execution
- Develop automation test scenarios and enhance automation test platform
- Create and facilitate test plans/reviews with team
- Execute manual and automated test cases
- Manage UAT
- Enhance existing Test scripts, identify end-to-end test scenarios
- Independently create Test Scenarios & Test Cases
Skills and Experience Required:
Required:
- Software testing experience
- Experience working with testing tools/framworks like Selenium and Jmeter
- Experience with Pega
- Strong analytical skills
- Previous experience working in a fast paced Agile environment
